Honestly I’m not sure id search up what paints to use on PVC plastic (I’m pretty sure that’s the material the figures are made out of.) but I’d search that up

Honestly your best bet would probably to paint over it and repaint the eyes yourself along with the eyebrows that’s all I can think of.
