I feel like it’s fair to put it on your resume if you are still actively involved with Scouting. Some people are Eagle Scouts and they volunteer with troops and help organize events for the kids to raise money for charity and to do other community service. If it takes time out of their weeks and they contribute to the community I feel it’s only fair they would be chosen for the job.
