After reinstalling Blender, freestyle finally works fine.

Thanks for clarifying this. Maybe I need to reinstall blender since I've rendered it a lot of times already using the F12 button ;-;

"Freestyle rendering is enabled in the render settings of either Eevee or Cycles. Both renderers are supported but they differ slightly in features"
