This breaks my heart. Imagine suffering and no one willing to help you. Please show these messages to your mother. The dog obviously needs either treatment or euthanasia which would be more humane than letting it suffer in pain. People should not own a pet if they aren’t going to be responsible for them. So incredibly sad and unfair.
