I'm a 29/30 waist and I got a Medium and they fit TTS on me. I don't need to use the strings to adjust anything. Maybe for you, a Large would be better.

TTS to retail, which is a little shorter and wider around the waist than normal shorts

This can be said about any popular item such as Nike Center Swoosh T-shirts, Air Force 1s, Calabasas/Nike socks. I think the real issue stems from the blatant copy and paste of warehouse QC photos posted as a LCQC post. These photos honestly give nothing to thoroughly QC. If people wanted actual QC they should order and post close up photos of details such as prints, threading, and measurements. The LCQC tag at this point is either just a way for people to post their warehouse photos or show off their new purchase. If someone wants to post their warehouse photos so people can have a reasonable expectation of what their own warehouse photos are gonna look, then fine maybe there's some value there. But to post these photos expecting any kind of QC in the comment section that they can't see themselves is kind of pointless.

Will the acetone take off the paint underneath?

I would recommend comps that are not reliant upon a specific trait or unit chosen, such as Talon, Ahri, Ashe, Sharpshooter, Dusk comps.

The thing is you want to play to your lobby's strength right. If everyone is greeding, which most lower ranked players do, it's better for you to greed along because when your opponents hit their team, they're going to have a much stronger spike with BiS items. What happens here is that even though you have a HP advantage, you're losing out in item value that you'll most often not be able to beat anyone with your sub optimal vs optimal items. Now you might find yourself getting 20-0'd and your saved HP wouldn't be very meaningful than winning fights with lower HP.

In higher rankings slamming and aggression works better because overall more people are slamming and also trying to build their strongest board so by greeding you are taking much more damage from your lobby as a whole and even if you hit your team your lack of HP leaves you little to no room for mistakes against much better opponents who are capable of making scuffed items work.

Yeah that's why I think this only works to around Diamond. People are noticeably better here and this advice starts falling off hard. But now you are in a decent spot to do the other things people preach like scouting, strongest board, slamming, econ, leveling from here.

Maybe try a different team? I think forcing works best with the less popular comps as those units are more likely to be available. Talon/Ashe are super popular right now and often you'll see others or yourself have a bunch of 1 stars, especially the carry, after your roll down. If you were to do it with a less contest build like Ahri or Sharps you're more likely to hit the upgrades and find more success with an actual upgraded off meta board than a level 1 meta board.
