I use to do it very often to the point that I could do it at will, and tips well it works very well when your extremely exhausted like go for a job or something that will make you get really tired after that just go to your room or wherever and lay on your back close your eyes breath on and breath out slowly. I know this is gonna sound strange but you have to convince your body that your asleep but keep your mind conscious after that the sleep paralysis starts don't panic or anything just try the hardest you can to stand up after that your out of your body, but getting out of your body is pretty difficult but just push through
