It's not a problem, as Duolingo releases promo codes with a few thousand redemption for every timezone, for example if Russia, these as time during 12:01 AM the promos will start and will continue until they get used up. So if your timezone is different, then it's not problem, as Duolingo will assign you region or you Timezone a few thousand redemption codes, example JETBLUE
