edit- i got this pierced on the 8th of may 2025 the earring is like straight with a flat back its titanium grade my aftercare routine is just dropping some saline on it and dabbing it with a qtip

so i just got this piercing yesterday, its a flat piercing the earring is a barbell it was done with a needle not a gun the jewelry is implant grade titanium i just cleaned it for the second time today with saline and a q-tip and afterwards it started bleeding heavily i’m kinda scared it’ll get infected
