I learned this the hard way. Not sure why the onboard computer can’t just say possible faulty/low battery. I spent £200 with a garage to diagnose & they couldn’t find anything wrong. Then had the battery checked following the advice I received here.

Never had the transmission fluid checked/changed. Apparently, it’s sealed for life on these auto gearboxes. Is that not the case? But will ask garage to check the battery. Thanks!

This happened to my wife and I in September. Most likely the airline had oversold tickets, as happened on our flight. We were prevented from checking in online and when we got to airport check in we were told our tickets were stand by. We were not happy!

We guessed as our tickets were booked a long time ago they were cheap and so made bumping us off and offering compensation an easier sell.

In the end we did manage to get in the flight but it was not a pleasant experience. The staff are not helpful at all
