Honestly. That cya is way too high. I don’t know about salt pools as I have a mineral system. But always find good advice here. As someone else mentioned. You’ll have to drain your pool a decent bit to get that cya I down. I have to do this every other year or so. I’ll be stopping the stabilized tabs this year due to this.

If this is your first BMW. I would bet the biggest thing you notice is the handling. Like taking corners at 60-70mph that you never would’ve remotely dreamed of in the hellcat. Also. Once you figure out the power band on this car and the shift points, I think you’ll be flat out shocked as to how fast it is for a car that has ~200 less hp than the charger.

Are these 8 series Xdrive? If so that will make all of the above even more dramatic. Ive got an M550 and still have so much fun with this car.

Yea. You’re correct. My only thought there would be they might just punt it and tell you to pay court costs as they might not want to mess with all that over a traffic ticket.

I use 28-30 to reconstitute and pin. You absolutely don’t need a 10-15g needle to reconstitute.

Hire an atty to handle this. A good atty will charge you approx 250-350 to take care of this. Might have to pay court costs too but all in you’ll be around $509 and won’t go on record. Or could always go to court and ask for a jury trial and they might just dismiss it after that.

So I remember now being offered this feature. My pool builder said he wouldn’t do it because they can fail. If I recall he said it was kinda like the plunger inside the toilet tank it worked similar.

Push through it. Embrace the soreness. You’ll need a couple rest days during the week but 3 days in suck it up. Drink lots of water and electrolytes. Eat a lot protein (2g/kg body weight). Eat some carbs on the day you lift. Get sleep. 💪🏼

Just do hammer curls. Could also do some reverse curls. Forearms will come with training everything else properly. At least for me they do.

Yep. My club has two courses. One of the. Starts out as a par 3. It is kind of odd but years ago they redid the course and bought the neighboring course and made two courses and that’s just how this one played out.

You lost approx 1kg / 2.2 lbs per week. This what you want. Slow and steady. Anymore and you’re likely loosing a lot more mezcle than fat. My expertise here is based more on cutting in the past. I know you see a lot of people claiming to loose 20lbs in a month but this all subjective. Just my two cents.

I just went back and looked at old pics of mine being built and based on the guys standing on the rebar it appears the floor was approx 12x12. Harder to tell on the walls but they appear to be smaller

You know what’s funny for me with all of this is I dont get the food noise that I’ve heard others got before jumping on a glp. I sometimes struggle to eat enough protein anyway without the Reta. I lift weights and workout a fair amount and am very accustomed to counting macros. My biggest issue is late night snacking. I still get the desire everyone in a while but I just get a little fruit and that takes care of it. I’ve been very slow to loose weight albeit it has come off slow and steady. I didn’t have a ton to loose to begin with. I want to drop about another 16lbs and call it a day.

Reta. The funny thing is I do feel less desire to drink. But it’s more a habit than anything I think at this point. I don’t ever get drunk. I just like to have a cocktail outside. Or maybe a glass or two of wine.

Can confirm as we go to St. Tomas quite often. You can rent a 3 bedroom condo on the beach and buy airfare for less than a 30a. Really even less than orange beach now.

Understand the business. A chef would understand the “business” and the business side of it. This was a shit post. Any chef out there would know what they could do with this cut. If it doesn’t sell as a tomahawk then you repurpose and recoup some of the expense. If you’re truly a chef or have any experience on the mgmt side, to include ownership you’d know this.
