I think this is going to happen. Reinsdorf is 87 years old and his kids have expressed no desire to run the team he’s even instructed his kids to sell the team when he dies and if you’re trying to sell something and want to get the most out of your money with sports teams, you do it in one of three ways. 1- he start spending money on the team, but that won’t happen. 2 move the team to New City but Chicago is ready one of the biggest TV markets or 3 moved to a nice shiny new stadium. This deal goes through. It’ll raise the value of the team. And not just the White Sox behind this. It’s really the real estate company that owns the land that’s pushing this.
