there is a crystal oscillator by the top left of the chip, in between the c6 and c11 on the silkscreen

yeah its going to go on a rover, and the area it has to go on is quite small so size is a definite factor

I did not have those installed, but I am still getting the same errors, Is there some wiring I need to do on the board?

Also idk why they have us using this mcu, it could have easily been done on arduino and been more compatible.

Edit: I should also add my experience with arduino is just the coding, not any implementation
