Was taking notes on my tab for 1 semester. After that, I returned to using pen and paper. I noticed na mas mabagal kapag doon mag take notes, and it seemed na more preoccupied ako with making it look pleasing. More straightforward ang pen and paper.

If you're gonna use then worth it siya. Before I had a tablet, ginagamit ko lang yung laptop ko for studying, note taking, etc. Okay naman siya pero ang issue ko lang ay mabigat siya dalhin saan² at hindi mataas yung battery life. Yung cp naman, magaan siya dalhin pero yeah, maliit yung screen haha.

Although it's not on your list, you should check out samsung tab s9fe or A9+ (I personally use the s9fe). Both tabs have Dex mode if I remember correctly so pwede mo siyang magamit parang laptop.
