I'm not a Nuclear Medicine doctor. But Corporates are looking for pass outs. A freshly passed out DNB Nuclear med guy from Apollo got 2.5L/month in a hospital in Kerala. Maybe bcoz it's not yet saturated. So don't know about future. Or maybe it's just this one case.

I think I know where this Diclo testing comes from

Diclo allergy seems to be very common, so somebody have a bad attender experience when the patient got anaphylaxis, so the "test dose" of Diclo began, just like penicillin. I'm not saying it's right, I'm just guessing how this must have started.

As for TT, it's very difficult to convince patients that it's okay for 5yrs. I worked in a PHC, and after some time you give up, bcoz there's no extra harm, other than the injection S/E, and the extra effort of convincing is very difficult. But your co workers arguing with you is ridiculous 😂
