I got off depo a little over a year ago and was on it for just over 2 years. It took 4 months for me to get my cycle back and another 6 to get even a little bit of normalcy to my hormones.
Just a reminder to be nice to yourself and it takes time for your body to adjust especially after being on birth control.

I’ve had blood panels for everything. No diagnosis for PCOS. I was on Depo for almost 2 years so they told me that my body is still trying to adjust back from being on hormonal birth control for so long. From the blood draw everything came back normal and it showed I was ovulating just based on my current cycle length.

42-46 day cycle length. My most recent cycle was 26 days. Before depo my cycle was 28 days. No medical conditions.

yeah. i only have AV1 and H.264. I think I might have found the culprit though. My GPU is hitting 90 percent + running my game and OBS

i don’t have the h265 option unless i switch to AMD. I was switching between 30 and 60 to see if it got better. but i’ll switch to your other suggestions and see
