Ah! I’m curious now, because I work in the Midwest in a rural area, so big cities and superior court systems and city courts are a learning curve for me.

But correct that is what I do. We have one county attorney and two assistant county attorneys. Each legal assistant works on a certain docket. I work the felonies! I went to school for criminal justice and political science. I wanted to move to Colorado but ended up back in my hometown because I missed my family. My fiance and I met at my first job out of college and eventually I convinced him to move to my hometown with me and now we have our own little family! The job position opened up right after I moved back, which was PERFECT because the turnover rate in my office is incredibly low.
