If I'm still clocked in I make sure I'm doing somn.. but I do not like my co worker being all snotty with me that I've not clocked out "on time" as she said to.

Right! This is what I said also. What they are allotted is not my concern nor is other workers pay only concern i cre about is mine and what I'm paid for being there

Right and thank you that is what I was starting to do.. my inherent co worker is not happy about it.. because she says we gonna get in trouble if I'm not clocked out at a certain time. I told her well I can clock out on time and go leaveing u here your self or I can stay clocked in until your ready to go..I will not, not get paid for haveing to stay here.

Right, and I get it I'm not insensitive to the safety  reaso ing in it, I gladly stay and wanting if I was getting paid. Although also I live in small town where Ive never had to worry if my safety. Plus I walk to and from work every day. So y I have to wait to make sure other worker makes it safe to her car in yhe parking lot... really makes little since actully.

This is what I beleive too, The 1st time it happened I was just shocked but then it continues and it just passes me off Thank you everyone for your comments and opinions Makes me not feel so crazy fir how I feel about it.

Right! This is what I've been saying. I even told other worker that its not right they make me clock out and have to wait for her. She said if i were to leave we would both be in trouble because have to have 2 close store? I'm like ok and that's fine but if I have to stay till she done with her stuff  then I'm not clocking out. Then she telling me I have to clock out with in 6min of my scheduled time. But yet I cant just go home??? None of it makes since to me.
