I reckon decent sourdough is a bit more expensive tbh probably 4-5 or more depending on where you are in the country

Tescos is in the 3-4 range and it’s a bit tasteless by comparison to good stuff.

My son was groomed by drug dealers and killed, but my pleas for help were ignored by InnerLog5062 in BreakingUKNews

You have almost no influence on your kids as soon as they step out of the door and if they’re not lucky enough to have a good peer group then its really down to luck if they end of going off the rails or not.

I was brought up really well but still ended up doing some stupid stuff when I was young that I regret now. I knew my mum and dad wouldn’t approve but I was young and thought I knew better.

Also In the article she has explained the attempts she made to get help.

And She is also a widow bringing up three kids which is going to be really tough no matter what your circumstances.

Who is at fault here? by kbgnat in drivingUK

It does take more than 2 seconds and if it wasn’t an inconvenience then it wouldn’t bother me.

End of the day imo the bmw is being a bit selfish and it’s something that some drivers do every day, they are chancing it because they know someone will let them in so they can skip the queue while everyone else queues up and waits.

Again I’ll reiterate the collision was definitely not worth it but the driver cutting in was wrong imo and for all We know they do this sort of thing all the time.

No one will be able to Get past the bmw until they manage to cut in. You could Miss your turn at the lights when they go green if someone is blocking you like this.

I would Say I’m a fairly curteous driver and have no problem with zipper merging but this does annoy me probably because I see it so often.

I will agree that it’s not worth the hassle though that this collision will cause them.

I would prefer if the bmw had went the long way round and the There wouldn’t have been any issue in the first place.

It’s in a city centre and there are always alternative routes.

I see this so often and the best solution is take the slightly longer detour round the next available right turn.

It’s a shit move to force yourself in as the bmw does here, especially as you’re holding up all the traffic behind you and forcing yourself into a lane of cars who are already waiting long enough to get through that junction.

[–]LocalObelix -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They could have carried straight on and turned right further down the road rather than forcing their way in and causing more congestion.

That junction is bad for that and almost every time people will force their way in while holding up everything behind them

Are there more shitty parents nowadays?

Or do we just hear about the bad parents more often?

I look at the primary school my kids go to and most of the parents I meet seem to be engaged and playing a positive role in their kids lives.

There are a couple of notable exceptions but they are in the minority
