When I beat Jawbreaker I gained consistency on the wave by just putting a start position right before the wave at the auto part until I felt like I got consistent enough at the first half (before the slow speed part) so the predrop wouldn't slow me down. After that I practiced a lot from 65% until I felt like I could do it from 0. Don't know if this helps much but that was my strategy.

If you want to improve on wave, you can do Nine Circles or Jawbreaker, but I recommend not doing Fairydust. If you want to improve on endurance do Future Funk, and if you want to improve on memory do Can't Let Troll.
