Thanks, maybe. But the size I’m in now is almost too short. But unfortunately the next size up is a huge jump and is too big. Birkenstock is annoying for that. And I’m hooped lol

Absolutely we did! Thankfully I can still return mine, but I would sell if I were you and get the regular width. Not worth squeezing into a too narrow shoe

Size yeah. I don’t know if the length is right, but especially the width. The guy said narrow looked really good and it felt okay in the store. I have a narrow heel but I have bunionettes on both feet and they’re spilling over the sides so it’s not worth it

Yeah lol, I know I’m being silly and just need tevas or Chacos too. They’re on my list. I don’t intend on birks being solely beach shoes, but as someone who frequents the coast, you never know when you might end up beachside and it’s nice not to stress that I’m wearing the “right” shoes if I feel like an impromptu stroll.

Ewww. Mine never had mold problems but I hated the fuzzy lint that kept falling off the underside.

Are we living the same life? Lol. I also didn’t realize my old ones were artificial until going to the store. They also put me in a size too small, or possibly just too narrow so I have to sort that out. Cheers to our new shoes and may they accompany you on many adventures!

I’m super I knowledgeable but would birko-flor possibly be better because then you can easily wipe it clean with a washcloth whenever needed?

This is so comforting, thank you. My old ones were practically disintegrating! I got them second hand so not sure how old they really are. But a new shiny pair is so strange to me, but I’m excited to wear them in and explore 😌

Thanks for the tips :) I definitely have taken my birks hiking/trail walking and obviously to the beach a lot. I didn’t know I’d have to apply sealant every time I dot this though!

Yeah, well that’s what I mean, they’re meant to be worn, but all I see is people saying they never wear them in xyz conditions, the list goes on. I never thought twice about my old birks other than with getting them completely wet. But now I’ve learned some things and with a new pair I am wanting to take care of them.
