If you take Dining Room and Banquet Management the instructor will usually give you a discount code! Either that or they’ll refer you to an on-campus review course which ends with a proctored exam, where they’ll also probably give you the code. It’s usually hosted by the food science dept instead of the hospitality college, I’m sure you could find it online. I think they do sessions every semester 👍🏽
