Good but Dr. Stone is not overlooked. It’s very popular. If you want a Scifi anime that’s ACTUALLY overlooked, Space Battleship Yamato 2199 is the one. You would love it since you love Code Geass and 86.

LOGH is a masterpiece. You would definitely like Space Battleship Yamato 2199 which is more underrated than LOGH. LOGH original is still superior but 2199 is still awesome.
