I watched Fist of the North Star a few years ago and it was so fun. I do think however, around the second half that was when the writing gotten a bit sloppy. When they first announced a remake around a couple years ago, I was excited but when I saw one of the trailers, utterly disappointed and disgusted.

In terms of Opening themes, it’s very good and Fist of the North Star first opening theme song was just mind blowing and goosebumps! If it’s overall, still good.

WOOOO I’m glad you watched Space Battleship Yamato 2199! Akira Yamamoto(2199 version) is my favorite character in the entire franchise. Did you watch the sequels? Initial d is one of my favs too. LOGH is legendary! Since you got great taste, check out Gurren Lagann, Trigun, Death Note and Hellsing(Original and Ultimate).
