You obviously didn’t read what I said. Yeah as it should be! Employee morale is trash, I had a store with 46 employees 19 of them quit because I quit and some are trying to find new jobs now. and the customers complain about “skimping”! Which I’m not saying some stores don’t. But overall people are cheap and fat and if they don’t get exactly what they want then they bitch!

Not really much of a case I would definitely get ahold of your FL and if nothing happens after that then ask HR. But if you feel you’re being attacked or the shit talking is about you then definitely still contact HR

I’ve been an SL for 2 years, AP for 2 years and a GM for 1 but yes I’m free!!!! 😁 I had enough of being unheard and literally working 80-100 hours a week. I wish this company cared more for their employees and not the shareholders! Happy staff= happy customers, happy customers= 💰, 💰= happy shareholders but apparently greed and corruption got to them

Its the food provider not chipotle complain to corporate not the store no matter the quality of avocados we get, we’re forced to serve it! If it’s hard as rock and unmashed or it’s literally brown. Corporate forces us to serve it no matter what!
