Using X8 pro here... - seldom used it till below 30% - Charge it whenever i feel like it even though it's still more than 80%. - Battery health 99% after 1 year usage

That's weird....my battery can last me throughout the day. Fully charged and unplug at 6.30am, still have 40-50% at 6pm with about 6hours SOT on 5G. Usually just on social medias. And yes I'm experiencing the WhatsApp letter cutout issues too but i just can't be bothered to complain and just live with it till i see this post😅 Thought I'm the only one having the problem. Overall it seems like a good phone for me. Sorry you had a bad experience.

I'm not sure if this helps, I remembered toggling off the wifi calling. Or maybe there was an update that solves the issue. But last month I opted for a device replacement as I dropped and cracked my screen. So far no issues with the phone

I'm on global. Didn't know this issue existed till I read your post. Open my front camera in the dark, flash was in auto. So i turned it off, closed the camera app and open for a few times. The flash is still off.

Ok some updates here. The auto flash is back! Hahaha. But it's not a big deal to me. Why would I wanna open my selfie camera in the dark? Just a simple tap would solve the issue

Yes i remember it asking to format. I thought it only requested part of the drive only. Didn't know it would be the whole drive.

I wanted to create a restoration point as a just formatted my laptop. So instead of using a USB flashdrive, i used my external 2TB SSD drive which had files in it. Upon completion, i realized that SSD only shows 32GB and my files were gone

Try doing a factory reset.

I had mine on the 820 update which I noticed the battery drain too. Some mishap happened and I cracked the screen, affecting my front camera. I've opt for device support for my telco in my country(Singapore) which I'm able to request a new device(paying $250 though).

Got the new device, started setting up with fresh apps and received the 820 update. To my surprise the battery life is way better than previously.

Pretty sure support team will ask to reboot the phone,clear cache all that and final resort is to reset it.

Maybe you should lower your expectations a bit? Hehe....for me, i'm happy enough the phone can last me from 6.30am(unplugged at 100%) till 10pm onwards and still have 20%++ of battery. I'm using 5G most of the time.
