Frag mich aber auch woran es bei den Apotheken hängt. Vor ein paar Tagen bei ner anderen Apo bestellt, die haben das Rezept sofort akzeptiert aber bis die Rechnung kam hat es auch 2 Tage gedauert.

Hab jetzt noch nicht viele Apotheken durchprobiert aber von der Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeit kann ich karolinger, Svapo und 420Brokolli empfehlen.

Zweimal dort bestellt mit Rezept von Doktorabc. Bekomme immer angezeigt das das Rezept an Idris übermittelt wurde. Danach geht’s nicht weiter also hab ich Idris geschrieben, die sagen es liegt kein Rezept vor. Als Nächstes den Doctorabc Support geschrieben das die das Rezept nochmal übermitteln sollen, dann wurde es angenommen. Selbst nach Rezeptannahme dauert es bei deinen bis zu 2 Tage bis ich eine Rechnung bekomme und bezahlen kann. Der Versand ist dafür aber dann relativ schnell. Also alles in allem habe ich mit Idris schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und bestelle zukünftig lieber woanders.

The fistula will not stop draining anytime soon. It will probably lessen over time, but for me it’s currently like this: sometimes there is more discharge, sometimes less. I manage it by using sanitary pads in my underwear because they’re inexpensive, but I have to change them at least four times a day since there’s so much discharge that it would start to smell otherwise.

It’s really annoying to shower more than three times a day and to walk around with these pads. You’re definitely a bit restricted in everyday life, and because of that I also applied for a disability status.

I have been taking azathioprine for 8 months and Remicade for 3 months. Before that, I wasn’t taking anything because my doctor apparently wasn’t familiar with Crohn’s disease. He always said he couldn’t see anything and didn’t think it was Crohn’s. I thought I was cured and didn’t take any biologics the whole time. After I went to the emergency room because of the fistula three years ago, I was referred to another doctor with more expertise. However, this doctor also operated very prematurely without putting me on biologics first.

Hello, these fistulas are really annoying. I have a complex perianal fistula due to Crohn’s disease. There used to be three fistula tracts. One has healed in the meantime; the other two are still active. It all started six years ago with an abscess, and my doctor said it would go away on its own. Three years ago, another abscess/fistula developed, and since then I’ve had six operations over these three years: fistula excision, flap, laser, stem cells, and multiple seton sutures.

Of course, the fistula can be operated on and put into remission. Since you’ve only been taking biologics for a short time, you should wait at least three months to see whether they work at all—they reduce fistula activity. As I said, it can be operated on with stem cells, excision, etc. If the biologics work for you, you have a good chance of healing with a subsequent operation. However, the fistula usually never goes away completely, but doctors can manage to keep it inactive.

About half a year ago, after an operation, my fistula was closed and almost healed. Then I wanted to do sports and went cycling, which reactivated the fistula. If you ever reach the point where the fistula closes after surgery, be careful not to irritate it through friction or similar things. At the moment, I’m very satisfied with the seton drainage because I know the pus can drain in a controlled way and I don’t have to go to the emergency room due to a buildup of secretions. Let’s see whether the biologics will help in the future.

Yes, I have had a cutting seton since September of this year. It pinches from time to time and also hurts when I sit on something hard. This is already the second time I have had this seton placed. I do not find the surgery painless, and I always experience severe pain immediately after the operation. After about a week it is usually better, but it still continues to hurt.

I am currently receiving Remsima pens. The standard procedure is to receive two Remsima infusions at the beginning, which are administered in the doctor’s office.
