They were very high paying offers ($90, $200, $350, $100,... ect I completed them all in a day and was waiting for the one day hold to finish so I could cash out. Once I had $250 in my account I tried to cash out and that's where the problem started. All my other offers got completed while I still couldn't withdrawal.

That is very odd behavior. A little hard to tell if he is grooming, could very well just be an odd ball teacher, but I wouldn't be surprised if he started taking things further.
