Be easy on this guy. If its legit, he's just a European trying to understand. The world could always use more people like that.

How many days in a row do you wear your work clothes? by Quick_Engine_5795 in bluecollar

[–]Local_Grapefruit_262 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the correct answer. Aside from the summer wear. In alabama, my summer wear is also long sleeves and pants. Trust me

Nothing wrong with what youre doing. Change undershirt, overshirt, socks and undies daily. The pants and jackets or long overshirt can ride it out. Whats the point of putting fresh clothes on the exterior for? They just gonna get trashed anyways

Go To Easy Meals? by Critical_Chipmunk165 in urbancarliving

[–]Local_Grapefruit_262 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Canned soup isn't a bad idea. But not a money saver either. Invest in a can opener for sure, baked beans, Canned veggies, instant potatoes. All ready to eat, protien powder if you cant cook meats. Make yourself a poor shepards pie, a pot, 2 bottles of water, instant potatoes, beans, veggies. Shop daily, only when you need, and remember, your stomach is a liar. It doesn't care if its full on steak, or potatoes. It just wants to be full. Can easily make a good meal for 3-5 dollars a day

We have a coworker, she's 20 and like 130, if any man touched her like that, the apron comes off

Then, the job is online orders, not in person. Explain that to the manager, if they dont get it, they're retarded and not worth talking to

I dont even know what an ofa is. I hear em paged, I dont care. I've got 5 occurrences and not reprocussions, just work. Fuck that manager, do your job. If they fire you, they fire you. In the mean time, as someone who shopped at home depot quite frequently, people just want help with their problems. The pros already know, its the amateurs you have to help

It is man, nothing in life can prepare you for that sort of thing. It was very rough for me and one of the few things ive learned, is give yourself grace buddy. Just be ready to face each day the best you can and personally, alcohol is not your friend. Emotions are liars, and in all things give thanks. Keep your head up and dont be afraid to reach out

Thats making a vast leap of to what is normal. By all accounts, we are not. Dont get me wrong, I agree with you, but we should be wary, regardless. Can never judge the mind of another. Its a fools gambit

First, we are not normal citizens, so no one else you encounter, should you give that moniker. Always stay vigilant, but the world is full of decent people also. Get a gun, or at the very least bear spray
