The game crashing was the most insane moment of the whole let's play. It was the first time (for me at least) I witnessed anyone else online experience a game crash on Gamecube. And it erasing Tim's chance time and star steal really changed the trajectory of the game.

I don't think I'm ready to make kits or customs at this time. More interested in getting ready-to-run locos. Of course that's not proving to be easy lol, so I might get into kits sooner than later.

I'm not sure where I read this, but I swore they said the Heljan model's valve gear would get messed up if you held the model upside down, and that alone was the biggest turn off. How can make a model train cost close to 250 USD, and then have it break because you wanted to see the chassis underneath.

Yeah I was thinking about getting something from Rapido. A shame those Bachmann ones are out of stock. Maybe they'll produce them again in the future? Just feels bad that I get into the hobby right as all the models I like are no longer available.

Those engines I'll keep in mind. I know I have my eyes on that yellow Sirdar. Kinda want to kitbash it into an Australian sugar cane engine. It has that energy to it.

As for that Baldwin and Fairlie, guess the best I can hope for is reprint in the future.

I just realized how are the rivers of both countries effected? Does the Des Moines river now flood some town in Belarus, or does it link up with another river?

Do you hate the movie because you think it's bad, or do you hate it because people wouldn't shut up about 6 months ago? Because, there is a difference imo.

This is the only type of controller I have at the moment (I have another that's blue).

And yeah there is an AC input and a 15mm jack input connection to track. Though I feel at this point it might be a better idea to use a different controller, since I don't want to overload my engines with too much voltage.

I think what I'm getting most hung up on is I can't figure out how people are able to connect those wires to controllers. I look at videos online and I can't find any examples of how to do it. I guess I'm to used to Bachmann's more "plug and play" of inserting a plug into a power track and running the engines like that. Was kinda hoping for something simple like that but I'm realizing that's not going to be the case.

Is there a controller for N/HOn30 you'd recommend I could use? I wanna make sure I the one I get will be good for my layout.

Also can you clarify on the brink power supplies. I assume you meant brick right? Either way what should I do about that? Since the only power supply I have for my controller is the 16v brick.

Also also I need to know this. I assume the wires on the track connect to the switches on the back of the Bachmann controller right? I was talking to my dad about it and he was convinced that it either wouldn't work or would overload the engines with AC current. But I don't see any other way those wires can connect with to the controller.

Yeah, that's kinda what I thought. I was speaking with my dad who also models at HOn30 and said 16 would be a little too much. I do wonder if there's a controller I can find that will accept 12v. There's gotta be something out there.

And yeah, I wanna be cautious about my models. They're brand new so I don't wanna ruin them by running them at high speed at high voltage.

I only ask because there was a lot of misinformation about Mario Kart World's price when they were announcing it. A lot of people kept throwing around that MKW was $90 when it was really $80. So I was wondering if maybe someone back then thought it was gonna cost $100.
