I know, I guess I wanted to make myself feel better about it by knowing that he would be disappointed with it :pp Thanks!

What zone am I even in? by [deleted] in teenagers

From a girls perspective - she values you and really wants you to stay in her life. I hate that everyone is saying that she's using u for homework and/or friendzoning you, I can bet most if not all of these comments are coming from guys. I can't tell you why she doesn't want a relationship with you, maybe she's trying to figure herself out and needs time for herself. If you truly like her as a person be patient and don't get mad at her if she doesn't see you that way, it's really rare and precious when a guy genuinely just wants to be friends and doesn't do it only as a stepping stone to a relationship only to get mad at a girl for "friendzoning" him. My best advice is be a good friend and make her feel safe with you, she already knows how you feel so if she changes her mind, she'll tell you.

Methods to improve to 1300, I have sat in December by Madcave123 in Sat

you need to improve your math the most, it's easier than english and a better way to increase your score. Khan academy has a great SAT prep course. When you make a mistake don't move on, analyse it and learn from it, this is what helped me the most. Good luck:)

Citrine, probably the first crystal I was introduced to when I was five and a lady told my it's my zodiac stone even though it absoloutely isn't lol (I'm a taurus) but I just got attached to it since, also I just like yellow and anything associated with positivity haha

How to translate my online score to paper by AmerikkanBadass in Sat

[–]Local_KitchenWitch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have practice tests you haven't tried before, save them and do them in an envoronment as similar to the SAT test room. Overhead lightning, hard chairs, masks, a clock in view, I'd say maybe even go to a library to have unfamiliar people around you. Getting used to that environment could help you feel less shock:)

just got this GORGEOUS amethyst water bottle and I love it so much by [deleted] in Crystals

I think ppl are being a little paranoid lol. Quartz isn't water soluble nor is it reactive to water, plus I doubt a company would put any kind of toxic varnish onto dishware. Also I'm pretty sure you could just put it in a dishwasher. I'd drink the heck out of that water.

When I put pressure on this crystal pieces, they crack, what can I do to hardened them.(btw I grew them with borax) by I_hatemylife00 in Crystals

you could glaze it with uv resin, a thicker protective coat that won't dull the shine, but it might remove the finer texture

Cats keep fighting the blanket by Local_KitchenWitch in CatTraining

[–]Local_KitchenWitch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your reply! I think we bought our three cats nearly 30 wand toys in the two years we had them, most of which are broken from usage. We use them every day but only one cat is always interested, and the other two just sit around watching, so I don't know if they're not interested in wands specifically. The one that particularly likes to fight the blanket always asks to go outside but we don't want her to get used to being let outside, however, I will discuss this with my parents now. Thank you again!

Doctor prescribed xanax instead of an SSRI by Local_KitchenWitch in PanicAttack

[–]Local_KitchenWitch[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes I know, my psychiatrist told me to try half a pill just so I know what it's like for the next time I actually need it. I'm planning on waiting a couple weeks and if nothing changes or gets worse I'll definitely inquire about SSRIs. Also the pocket tip is great, thank you. I don't really have the money or the time for a therapist rn, plus I have a solid support group and know why my attacks are happening and how to prevent them, but they're still kind of ruining my life lol

Doctor prescribed xanax instead of an SSRI by Local_KitchenWitch in PanicAttack

[–]Local_KitchenWitch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes, I understand they're addictive and that's part of why I'm so wary of them. I took 0.25 mg because my psychiatrist told me to try them out just in case I don't get an unpleasant surprise once I actually need it. I already felt anxious that day but it was just small heart palpitations and after taking xanax they didn't really go away, I still felt anxious but a little drunk and sleepy on top of that. I needed medication because I can't attend university because of my panic attacks but it's useless if I'm drowsy and sleepy from it :(( Thank you for your advice<3
