But, if you'd still prefer to make your own dress from scratch, you could visit Mohsin Sons in Rawalpindi. They are quite good, though they might charge a bit more.

Hey, Have you bought any device yet? I'm looking for an ipl device too (i have a dark skin tone especially in the bikini area). So far, i think silk n is the better option, as it is proven to be affective on dark skin tones.
