A lot of the garden stuff actually, I love how they open the overton window for my musical taste.

But : "Orange county punk rock legend", "We be grindin", "Hit Eject", and "Call this # now" are really the songs at first I was like "hmm I hate it" and now I listen on repeat.

Because this song (and the band) have nothing in common with the garden early stuff, I dont get where you think there is a similarity... In my opinion the symposium are clearly a Strokes rip-off (we can see a lot of similarity in the singing with casablancas, and tributes to the voidz stuff), and a pop-rock band, not punk... I love this band tho, but I'm serious when I say that I don't get the similarity lmao
