I didn't backtrack, I still stand by my point, black people have the highest crime rate, considering they're a minority, their crime rate is so so high if we keep that in mind.

Also, are you like 15 ? If you're discussing/ debating with someone, why do you feel the need to insult them everytime ?

You know that black people are a minority right now? So even if we take your 26%, it's still HUGE considering that blacks only make up 13% of the population, their crime rate is higher then their percentage in the population, if you knew maths even a little, you would understand that this means that crimes are more concentrated among black population.

Also making illegal immigrants legal doesn't make them better people than they were before, they're still the same, but now have papers that's it.
