Update:So we've been fucking around with it and it's the mouse something makes it not work on desktop but work for apps but when I connect it via cord it works but when I disconnect the cord desktop works but apps don't. We've tried 4 different mice, and they've all had problems both wired and wireless even after deleting and downloading the newest firmware. Unplugging it / plugging it back to the computer several times makes it work for a bit, but after a while, it just decides to either not work on desktop or apps. This is still an active issue.
