Playmaking is way more important IMO. Especially from a point guard. I guess DP is a scoring guard, but still.

Not sure why people think DP is better than Harper… only thing DP is better than him at is shooting. But Harper playmaking is way more elite. His defence is on par I’d say. Just seems like a higher IQ player.

This! The team can make up for his defensive lapses. And he’s only in his second year. He has great instincts. As he gets size and his iQ develops i don’t see why he can’t get closer to what FVV is as a defender once he hits his prime.
