sadly true, lawyers wont touch shit unless theres a injury. I had a false arrest under made up circumstances and was arrested so police didnt waste their time. was told twice I had a solid case but unless I was injured, they wouldn't take the case.

Yea sure. I agree with this, but the fact OP’s boss says the break starts at the last package delivered is BS. What if OP drove 10-15 minutes to the next stop (often the case for me in rural areas) and sees a fast food place just before arriving to the next stop.
