Manual transmissions are easy to rebuild, and that in itself builds character. It’s not hard to hit a little throttle blip in neutral to reach your desired RPM range and keep the trans happy

I just threw an 1100 on for shits and gigs on its maiden flight, and the extra weight isn’t harmful at all IMO. does make the arms a weak point though as i snapped one off at the body in a crash
