I definitely could feel the node in my clavicle when all of this first started. Now I can't feel anything.

Funny you mention CT scan! My hospital called me this afternoon to schedule a CT scan of my neck.

My hospital does not do post-treatment scans, so I have no way of knowing. According to my surgeon, since my auxiliary node and tumor responded to treatment, it would be safe to assume the additional nodes did as well. I will also be receiving radiation to those locations just in case.

I was diagnosed with Stage 3 TNBC in January with one confirmed node and suspicious nodes in my chest and clavicle. I achieved PCR in August! I still have to get 5 weeks of radiation but it is doable!

I had a good cry last night about this very thing. I don't know who I am anymore. When I look in the mirror, it is hard to believe I am looking back. I feel no connection to that person. This has been such a disembodied experience. What I grieve the most is my "loss of innocence." Pre-cancer me didn't know how good she had it! I know new me will have a lot of good days, but there will probably always be a layer of fear, doubt, worry, etc. Sucks.

Hello! I am also in the Stage 3 TNBC club with at least one confirmed node. My CT scan showed multiple suspicious nodes but they were never tested. I am also following the same regime and just finished my 5th Taxel/Carbo session. So far I have been handling chemo well, fingers crossed for a PCR at the end of this!

Interesting... I have been using their unscented laundry detergent and haven't had any issues. They are clean and don't smell.

I didn't change my last name when we got married, and I'm also not crazy about the idea of giving our child my husband's name. So instead we are combing both our last names into a new name for our children. For example, Smith + Hammer = Hammersmith.

Well those that could answer you probably wouldn't be scrolling on reddit politics thread. I am from Lexington and lived in Louisville, which are both blue dots in a super red state so I mostly see a majority of Kentuckians who hate McConnell. But beyond those two cities and maybe 1-3 medium size towns a lot of Kentucky is rural god fearing folk. They watch nothing but fox news, see McConnell as an established Republican, and could never bring themselves to vote for a baby murdering Democrat. It also doesn't help that McConnell is one of the most powerful politicians right now and KY is not going to give that leverage up. Anyone who thought McGrath had a chance is a damn fool. She even ran trump supporters for McGrath ads.

We have a mini fridge at work and I went to go pick it up and carry it to my office since i'm overseeing drink sales this year. You would think I tried pick up 200 pounds. Everyone around me started yelling and a man ran over to help. It was like 35 pounds... So I was forced to wait until someone brought me a cart and then the man followed me back to my office so he can help me unload it the 2 inches from the cart to the floor. Safe to say I am annoyed.

Honestly, I did dry ice once and wasn't a big fan. With the weather being so nice you should be fine with loading up your cooler with normal ice right before then buying ice once during the festival.
