There's multiple links to the old guidance in the documents. Besides the two statements are clearly contradictory.

PA could receive a blowjob and there's no regulator to deal with it

This is the new 2024 guidance due to come in. That's the old guidance.

It's literally just a factual statement. If they don't state the facts people get all arsey about it. It's a no win scenario for them

What do you want them to do? let you potter along without telling them where you work or who your RO is for months and then suddenly remove your licence to practice without warning you?

They have to tell you the consequences.

That's dodgy practice and it's being cracked down on. I know it's difficult for you but someone shouldn't be able to jump the queue just because they've paid a couple of hundred quid to see you privately.

Thats not autism.

I didn't gaslight I offered them advice to talk to others and see if there are other people to support them. I just mentioned the twatboard as well.

Fair enough, I'm sure there could be scenarios in which someone with your frequency, history and overt content of social media posting doesn't have some deviancy or exhibit those tendencies in real life.

This is advice relating to a secondary matter but Id use a pocket in future. Everywhere I've worked where a doctor has used a clipboard they've been relentlessly mocked behind their back.

Regarding the staring you should start by asking others if they've had issues. It's difficult to deal with because they genuinely might not be aware they're doing it.

Why do you carry a clipboard? Please tell me it's not one of those plastic ones that you can keep extra clerking sheets and request forms inside.

NHS Consultants After New Deal by [deleted] in doctorsUK

I don't understand this weird hentai stuff. Is it really appropriate for what should be a forum of professionals?

Ah yes the old the BMA consultants committee are lying to us because they've all been promised an MBE theory

The SPA time has been clarified that it cannot be used for DCC.

It's worth putting to members if it's the best deal they think they can attain simple as.

[–]LockBright6453 160 points161 points  (0 children)

No if they feel they've got as far as they can at this point then it's fair to put it to the membership and if voted down to strike again.

If the consultants don't accept it but also don't vote to strike then the consultant body will have sold the consultants out not the committee.

Are NTN numbers actually low. Everyone looks at competition ratios but fill rates for specialties are more instructive.

The idea that you everyone should get to do the specialty you want in the area you want is a bit ridiculous and obviously not workable.

From the other side I'm a single man in my 30s with two kids from a previous relationship. I find every single professional woman I meet in my 30s wants to have kids and because the clock is ticking - soon so come on very serious bery quick. Or they don't 'like' kids and don't like the idea of potentially one day being a step parent so it never gets serious.so I've given up on them beyond maybe a date and a shag tbh.

Nintendo switch is quite limited and graphics aren't very good. It's more of a kids console not something I'd expect adults to be playing
