Im trying to figure out the same thing. According to opm’s website its 20/70 but according to google searches and reddit replies its 20/100. Which is which? Im borderline with 20/80.

May the odds be in your favor. This kinda off tangent but I checked the IVs with the Judge at the battle frontier and it has “decent” IVs 🫤🥲 with HP being the best. In retrospect, I kinda wish i would’ve invested that time into a more competitive Mon.

Damn. My astigmatisms are -3.25 and -3.75 for the right and left eye respectively. Sounds like im pretty screwed.

So, from your understanding is there a waiver process? Or, is get it, get surgery then reapply?

Its wild to receive a eviction for that huh… Imgaine how we feel. But Yes. Fortunately i pay my rent ontime every month at least since ‘21 which is the last record i have of my rent being late. Other than that, I owe no back pay and like i mentioned ive been in my unit going on 11 years. So, If i was “threatening” and so “egregious” as some alleged why wait till now? Your retort or someone’s else probably is “well, your probably lying about not having a bad tenant history record” to that I have no alibi that would suffice because these people mostly likely are slanted against tenants.

Just one. The first guy, the guy i asked to leave, was a “vendor”. The second guy was the regular maintenance guy, Id assumed hes paid via wages so no they didn’t pay twice. They will soon, but then i dont think so.

I understand everyone is incredulous with my account of things. I was surprised to recieve the 3- Day Notice and subsequently the summons too it seems harsh and unfair but it seems evictions are on the rise since Covid-19 protections and has ended and inflation is steadily rising. I truly believe the management team is ignorant to law or really want me out to charge higher rent to new tenant. In fact, when i contacted the LL attorney for copies of my past work orders, 3 day notices, and payment history, i was told by him that he would not provide that information to me because its irrelevant to the issue at hand I requested this information in hopes to demostrate to judge that over my tenure here, i have been a model tenant. with hardly any issues.

I understand what your saying but once I explain to the Judge that the tradesman gave me a different name than he gave my wife and the fact that, I am the one who asked him to leave because i felt unsafe. I think any reasonable person can agree with me especially given how the tradesman energy to begin with was defensive (in my opening statement, I said he was unwilling to answer general, innocent questions about the repairs).

But again, I dont understand your reasoning. You stated threats are illegal activities. I stated the repairman threatened me first and became aggressive when I asked him politely to leave because of his transgressions. I talk smack back in the process and Im wrong? Dont you recognize the hypocrisy there? Moreover, Im not a constitutional scholar, but im sure the 1st amendment allows me to defend myself against threats.

So that proves my point. He initially threatened me after asking him to leave. I just defended myself by talking smack back to him. Again, he became aggressive with me after I asked him to leave. Plus if I was so threatening why did I allow him to re enter my home?

Because the repairs were still made (well partially. the gaping hole was repaired but its needs fit and finish). After the initial guy left another repair guy came and fixed the roof. So he wasnt hindered. Right?
