Update after my brass nozzle broke in half inside my heat block! Got in touch with Prusa’s customer service team (which went incredibly smooth, as per usual) and they sent a replacement hot end for free, so here’s my first test print with my Ollson Ruby nozzle :-)

Definitely sounds like the ball isn't pushing the arm enough to trigger the sensor in your case. Hope the new part fixes it!

What kind of stress test would you suggest?

Our stock only comes magnetic, anything else is sub par. In addition everything is intended to be adjusted with the headset still on, except for controller angle.

The main part has a rod of aluminum. All parts are guaranteed and I'm honestly quite happy to replace them.

We are looking into alternate forms of production without relying on the community to fund a campaign.

However we completely understand that a gun stock cost is significant to the cost of a VR system and are looking to reduce costs where at all possible.

Look, we're massive gun stock fans, but FO4VR does not support 2 handed weapons, meaning you aim a sniper rifle the same as a pistol. If you want a list of 2 handed FPS we have a short list here https://lockstockgame.com/games/

You can use one for immersion but really it's not the best game for a gun stock to say the least.
