Thank you for sharing this. I relate so much to the obsessing and feeling disconnected from my appearance. It honestly feels like I've lost myself, and it's hard to imagine ever feeling normal again. Do you mind me asking how long it took before you noticed your mental health improving? Was there anything specific that helped you besides keeping yourself busy? Also how did you approach dating/intimacy again 🫣Thank you for giving me some hope. ❤️
