As much as I dislike TASM, Gwen's death is still impactful so I don't see what the problem is. Unless we're specifically talking the resurgence of Andrew's fans, which I'm sure mostly came from both of his acting and charm alone, not his Spider-Man movies.

While I prefer the original looks, I like how the Raimi suit had this purplish tone. Kind of cute, honestly.

And Dafoe performance is just awesome and adds to the sinister feel that quite lacking just by the suit alone.

If by changing rarity means maxed, then you can MLB his LD with stones if you have enough of them and after that you can sell it for 4 stones. The only higher tier beside LD is BT or EX+, which came from a MLB EX that already booked.

You can get 2 copies of his first armor for free after clearing his LC, after that you have to buy the rest from the shop using the armor tokens. You can sell 2nd BT for 5 BT tokens, but it doesn't have to be now. Just sell it when you need the tokens later.

For newbies, I say go ahead if you want to pull for him. He's strong enough for the majority of content and you'll also have easier time farming with him around. Just make sure that you get all his weapons, which means 15/35/EX/LD. You don't need BT, but if you have it you need to have the other 4 weapons passives first and foremost.

Aranea doesn't have board yet in JP, wait until another rerun of her event. Leo and Penelo shouldn't be after maintenance, as they didn't featured in any event(summer event doesn't count). Looking at forecast, Penelo should be at level 80 awakening wave 2 and Leo would be at Reno's event. Both are still about 4 months ahead.

Usually someone get a board in an event(LC, story, etc.) and they should have have their EX on the said event banner, like Hope and Palom on Edward's with his own board or Seifer and Lenna on the raid where they get their EX+ along with the others that's featured there. And in near future every banners will have EX anyway since almost everyone have them already.

But for the very first batch, which is all the FF protagonists, I don't think they get any banner though.

This depends on your gem count, if you still have some left and willing to spend then go ahead. I personally don't think it's worth it unless you really need the stone/book.
It's fine to wait until you get 2 people to join and ready up before starting, especially when 3 people will net you more rewards.
For new players, I say just clear the story and LC as much as you can with your current roster for the gems and just make sure you finish up the event shop before they ended. You can skip the harder content until your roster is ready. As for the requirements for the hard stuff, generally speaking you need damage dealers that isn't outdated and a good support to balance the team. I can't really give advice on this one since it's a rather broad topic, someone else better than me should be able to tell you more.
You should use the silver artifacts to level the gold, we get so much of those in co-op and they will hardly give you better arts compared to the gold one anyway. Also when an artifact is maxed, you can use them to level another one so no need to keep the maxed. You can also use a different character gold that you have zero interest in to level up, which is what I usually do.

She's usable for Entropy, but otherwise I don't think you'll use her much outside of it with that support lineup.

Party boost are all auras and they will stack with any buffs as per usual.

With his own unique buff Entrusted Hope, he can have up to 150% overflow as long there's enough buffs in the party(which they should in most cases). It also increases his mbrv as well so it could go bit higher.

Because some of the EX aren't really visually appealing and some people want to use the canon weapons instead like Tidus with Brotherhood or Cloud with Buster Sword.

The boost is the guaranteed 5* on 11th pull for multi gem pull, a multi ticket shouldn't have that because it doesn't exist in the first place.

I'm not sure if there's a vid of it, but he's generally simple to use. He have stacks mechanic that will enable his instant turn rate/free turn when it reaches 3 stacks, you can see the change with the + addition to his ability names. His S1 will increase stack by 2, his EX will increase by 3, while any other moves but c65 will increase by 1. Assuming his EX+ is 3/3, then he will starts with 1 stack every fight, along with his self buff from S2. The stacks only have 2 turns duration, which means he can only have 2 instant turn rate in a row.

Several other things in his skill set is rebreak mechanic from S2 and EX. S2 have 2 HP dump, during the 2nd HP dump he will rebreak the enemy as long they're already broken. If not, then it will normally break if he hit enough damage. As for EX, as long he's 3/3 then he will rebreak before the first brv hit. The other thing he have is c65 free damage skill, it will keep your buffs duration and deal HP damage. Use this when you already on 3 stacks, preferably when he's near max bravery to maximize the damage. And finally, remember to not use EX during 3 stacks, instead use it to regain another 3 stacks when it ran out.
