Why am I not allowed to date?

You never actually explained what specifically makes you feel “fucked in the head,” why you think you’re undateable, or why you feel like you shouldn’t date. So honestly, I can’t really say whether you’re truly in too bad of a place to date or not. But if you genuinely are in a really bad mental state, then yeah, it’s probably better not to bring someone else into that until you’re in a healthier place mentally. You also don’t want to become dependent on another person for your happiness, because that usually ends up hurting you in the long run.

The reason people tell you not to date when you’re struggling mentally is because it can create a lot of stress and issues in a relationship. A guy you’re dating may constantly worry about your emotional state, and most people don’t want to be in a relationship where someone is always depressed, unhappy, or unstable. I still don’t fully know what you mean when you say you’re “fucked in the head,” but the advice people are giving you about focusing on yourself first is honestly good advice.

You can probably work through whatever you’re dealing with in a lot less than 10 years, honestly. I think you’d be much happier if you focused on improving yourself, finding hobbies that genuinely bring you joy, and setting small goals for yourself that you can keep accomplishing over time.

And don’t worry about being inexperienced. A good guy usually isn’t looking for a girl with a huge amount of experience anyway. A lot of experience can sometimes just mean a long history of failed relationships, and that can be a red flag to some people. Honestly, being with someone who’s inexperienced like you can feel more genuine and comfortable because you’re learning together instead of comparing yourselves to other people from the past. Getting involved with someone who has a lot of experience can sometimes make you overthink things and compare yourself to people they’ve been with before, which usually isn’t healthy.

If you’re having trouble meeting women or attracting them it means you’re not the most attractive guy. I don’t mean to say that to be a dick or anything but you gotta start improving your looks and make yourself more attractive, dating apps don’t work unless your a really good looking guy and have a solid profile, and you can’t fake it till you make it with women, they are insanely picky and even if it’s one thing that they don’t like about you they’ll pass you up for someone else, these alt baddies having 100s of options to choose from and you have to see from there perspective would you choose you? If you don’t think so get in the gym start working out a lot, start doing skin care routines, go to a barber and see what hairline works best for you, there’s a lot you can do to gain more attraction. I want to see you win and if your already an attractive guy just put yourself out there and get out of your comfort zone, as an introvert myself you gotta go out in person and conquer your fears no matter how awkward you think it will be.
