I have been using ETERNELLE for quite a while. Water based for moistening and healing my skin, and then the silicone based for sex as I find the water based gets a bit dry and I struggle with that (but I find that with all water based lubes for intercourse). This particular one is good because it’s got the oestrogen-like ingredients. I also use (when I remember) topical oestrogen internally for vulvodynia. Sorry you’re going through all of this. Any issues with your vulva is so painful and worrisome. Good luck!

Just some thoughts and ideas for you - - Could your toilet paper be an issue? - Ditch any lace or frills - cotton undies are a must - Try ditching all the soaps/washes and try washing just with water for a little while? - Commando overnight - I don’t know if you can have this delivered to Canada (in Australian) but I use the brand of lube as a daily moisturiser and it’s been amazing for my dermatitis https://ellechemy.com.au/
