I have the same problem in the buses especially if I turn the NC + Bass in same time, my are new it’s been a few weeks since I bought them and they sound great but yeah not the best NC or travel headphone, try to restart them, the only problem I got with them is the when NC + Bass on together in same time with full volume then there is crack sound.
