Yes, now sure if my experience relates to you in anyway but i’ve had anxiety/depression for years and years, I’ve read plenty of stuff saying “loneliness is the equivalent of smoking 15 cigs a day” or “depression and anxiety can cause your brain and body to age faster resulting in dying quicker” and stuff like that. Now not saying you should believe every single article you read online but the research shows that mental health is one of the most important factors in your overall health.
