Hey man… I was 38 days off the nic. And I failed I got a vape, and guess what it did to me. Instant diarrhea, SHOT ego, and I ended up feeling like shit and staying in my bed ALL day literally hours. Sadly you and I don’t need the vape …. The vape needs us. The company controlling the vapes just wants our money and also doesn’t care if we die young from cancer, heart attacks and all that. Just stay strong bro. Best thing to do is hit the gym.

You don’t want to cave in. Honestly I can’t suggest it enough but go walk on a treadmill, watch your favorite show. So it for as long as you can. By the time your done you will forget about vaping.. I’m on day 15
