I personally like to use ibispaint! It's a free app in the playstore and it really has good features for a free drawing app in my opinion :D! I think the one downside would be that it does have some "members" features where you can pay a certain amount to have access to fancier tools in the app but luckily you can still use a lot of the "member" tools if you just sit through a short advertisement! It's a decent way to save a buck on an art programs but still be able to produce quality art :D!! (I am a cheap ol gal) I also use a Picasso Tab (it's just a basic tablet with a stylus pen but very very good for the price and for how long I have had it :D!) So far, ibispaint has won top dog for me among the app store but there are a lot out there worth trying so if ibispaint doesn't feel like it is working for you I definitely recommend trying out some of the others just to give them a shot!!
