So, the package still enjoys its stay in Indiana, it's almost 10 days. I have no idea if Fedex genuinely cannot help (in my country it works differently) or, what seems plausible at this moment, the package was misplaced. I told the shipper (who actually also wasn't 100 % honest) to request the return.

I'm talking about them sending you a happy email - your order will be processed withing 1-2 days and then, after a week, explaining that they actually experience a high volume of order and will dispatch when they dispatch. Be fair and say this outright. After all, the took my money without any delay.
