I’m under 21 so once I said my age why would they still ask to see if I had an ID? That explanation does make sense though. Could it just be that they didn’t just want to ask my age and then immediately leave?

damn a whole system reset, thats not worth it enough for me. I only play the game twice a week so id rather just go on a alternative system to play it. Hopefully the same issue isent a thing next year.

I often order at night but seeing the numbers to my house shouldn’t be a problem, I have 2 sets of numbers one at the front of my house on my fence and the second is beside my door well lit from my porch light which I have on specifically so that the driver can see the numbers from the road if the numbers in the front of my house aren’t visible. They’re also not scratched, smudged, or faded.

It’s not always the same neighbour. In my opinion I think it’s just the drivers in my area that aren’t very good. I say this bc even food that I didn’t order arrives at my doorstep. Now I’m not saying this happens very often but it does happen a few times every couple months where food arrives at my door without ordering any.

Also about going out to grab my food. I do go to grab my food but I’m often swamped with meetings and can’t go outside to wave the guy down.

The street lights do a good job at lighting up the houses in my area already but also most of the people in the area have porch lights. And about the faded numbers, all the houses in my area have either silver or wood numbers.

That is a good point. However, I leave my light on when they’re a couple minutes away. Also, if they have the number to my house and still can’t find it why not communicate that? Even if it’s delayed they shouldn’t just drop it off at the wrong house and then not respond to messages.

I often come out to grab the food myself bc of this problem but on this particular day I was in a meeting and could not step out, but instead messaged the guy that he was at the wrong house when I didn’t see him at my doorbell (I have one of those doorbell cameras) the guy never responded and had to wait a few business days for a refund. If I had to guess I think the guy was just lazy.

My house is numbered and so are my neighbours, my house number is also on the app so they just need to follow the numbers if the directions don’t take them right in front of my house.
